These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and x939 ("x939", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the x939 online gaming and sports betting platform available at x939.cam (the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an account on x939 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
x939 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age or identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified may be suspended and funds held pending completion of KYC checks. Any Bets placed by an ineligible User may be voided.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gambling is lawful in your place of residence. Merely meeting the age requirement above does not make gambling lawful under Pakistani law or any other applicable legal framework. x939 makes no representation that gambling is legal in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
Each person may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and potential forfeiture of all associated balances.
At registration you must provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. x939 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
x939 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you, absent clear evidence of a security breach reported within a reasonable time.
All monetary transactions on the Platform are denominated in the currency selected at account registration. Pakistani users typically operate in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.
Deposits: You may only deposit funds using payment methods listed as available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method references on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual reference only. x939 does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or permit gambling transactions. Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same method and account holder used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC/AML verification. x939 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before authorising any withdrawal. Cryptocurrency deposits (where available) are subject to network confirmation requirements and carry exchange-rate risk. Deposited amounts may differ in PKR equivalent by the time they are credited. Availability of specific cryptocurrency options must be verified in the cashier.

All such offers are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.

x939 will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that odds and game results are presented accurately. However, in the event of any technical error, manifest pricing error or data-feed failure, x939 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This right applies whether or not settlement has been made.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x939 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances:
All content on the x939 Platform — including but not limited to the x939 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets and audiovisual materials — is the property of x939 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from x939.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x939 holds its operating licence, as stated in the operator's official licensing documentation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless an applicable consumer protection law in your home country confers jurisdiction upon local courts.
Pakistan-specific notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. x939 does not represent that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan, that it holds any Pakistani operating licence or that it is endorsed or regulated by any Pakistani authority. Players based in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law. This section does not constitute legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x939 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, lost profits, loss of data or business interruption.
x939's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the balance of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
x939 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from malicious code. You acknowledge that temporary service interruptions may occur and that x939 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restore availability promptly.
Third-party Game Providers operate under their own terms and technical rules. x939 accepts no liability for errors, failures or disputes originating within a Game Provider's software or feed beyond the measures available to x939 in its capacity as platform operator.
x939 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change affecting your financial rights, withdrawal conditions or account eligibility criteria — x939 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account, at which point any positive real-money balance will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC/AML requirements.
x939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at any time and without prior notice, where:
Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to you via the withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of KYC/AML checks. x939 is not obliged to disclose the specific grounds for Account closure where disclosure would prejudice an ongoing investigation or contravene applicable law.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under these Terms.
